Consultant to present suggestions for Rochester Land Development Regulations

ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) –  Rochester residents have the chance to hear about suggested changes to zoning and subdivision ordinances.

A national land use consulting firm presented suggestions Monday to the Committee of the Whole on updating zoning regulations to help manage future population growth and increased traffic flow.

The consultant will give the same presentation Tuesday at the R-Neighbors Council of Neighborhoods Meeting at 5:30 p.m. at 125 Live.

Another open house with the same information is set for Thursday, November 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., also at 125 Live.
