ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) – Halloween is bringing out the “kid” in all of us, including people at the Charter House Senior Living Home in downtown Rochester.
There, the staff and residents put on a Halloween party and a haunted house for families.
There were games, trick or treating, and lots of photo ops.
A haunted house in the facility’s workout center also served up some scares.
The residents there say it’s always fun to see the kids in their creative costumes, and many of them come back year after year.
“So many of the children are employee’s children, and I’m lucky to have my granddaughter here today,” said Joann Sheldon, a Charter House resident. “She’s a little chicken.”
The Charter House has been hosting a Halloween party for 33 years.
It was free to attend.
