ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) – A minor traffic violation led to a meth arrest for Rochester Police.
An officer stopped a driver who failed to signal a turn on the 700 block of 13th Ave. NE around 3:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said the driver’s ID was revoked and he acted nervous after the officer made the stop. The officer reportedly spotted a digital scale in the vehicle when he made the stop.
Police eventually arrested Michael Kochen, 37, and a passenger named Patrick Henry who is 36-years-old.
The two face first degree sales charges after officers found 186 grams of meth in smaller bags.
Police said Henry had a pistol in his coat pocked, but is not actually allowed to own one.
