ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) – Guess how people are celebrating Pi Day, and you’re probably right.

125 Live is celebrating Pi Day for the second year in a row by offering pie and coffee to their community members.

For $4, you can get a slice of pie and a cup of coffee. $2 gives you a chance to give a member of the 125 Live team a pie to the face.

Staff members said that they hope to create an inclusive environment for all to enjoy.

In an effort to do so, 125 Live also stopped broadcasting cable news on their TVs, specifically CNN and FOX News.

“Our whole rationale behind it was to create a space that you can come into and healthfully age without being bombarded with all of this vitriol that’s been building in the country,” said Chad Allen, the Director of Community Engagement.

“It’s been overwhelmingly popular, we actually have had people join specifically after hearing that we cancelled both stations on our televisions.”

Members can still check out tablets and headphones to view any content they would like.
