Morales said it appeared the body had been there for some time.
The girl’s father, Dariaz Higgins, is accused of fatally shooting her mother, Sierra Robinson, 24, and wounding one of her friends Monday, and abducting the child. Police arrested Higgins Wednesday and said Higgins had been Robinson’s pimp.
