Man saved after multiple NARCAN doses

ROCHESTER, Minn. – (FOX 47) Officers arrived to Quarry Hill West Park to find an unresponsive 34-year-old in a vehicle.

A woman with him says she administered NARCAN herself after he began to seize up following a second dose of heroin.

That initial NARCAN effort didn’t work. But Police say they were able to revive the man with a second NARCAN dose of their own.

Officers say he was taken to Mayo Clinic-Saint Marys and is expected to be okay.
