ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) — It’s transition time for the Rochester Post Bulletin. Friday is the final day for staff in the downtown building.
Saturday, staff members will move into their new location, the second floor of the Think Bank building on Greenview Drive SW.
The move comes after the downtown building, used for more than 60 years of printing newspapers, was sold for $10.5 million in September.
The Post Bulletin was sold to Forum Communications in May and the printing operation was moved from Rochester to Red Wing. However, that deal did not include the Post-Bulletin’s building in downtown Rochester.
After the September deal was announced, the PB reported that 60 employees in news and advertising would be moving to the new location.
