ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) — In honor of Veterans Day, some businesses and organizations have put together special events and deals! We put together a list of a few you can find in the area:
Soldiers Field Veterans Day Memorial
Free breakfast will be served at the Rochester Event Center from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the rest of the program will include music the Midwest Winds woodwind quintet, featured speakers and more from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Hy-Vee will host its annual Veterans Day breakfast with complimentary meals for veterans and active-duty military members. Call your local Hy-Vee for exact hours, as they vary by store. The Rochester Hy-Vee at 4221 W Circle Dr NW in Rochester will be offering breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Rochester Grizzlies vs Alexandria Blizzard game
On Saturday, Nov. 9 the Rochester Grizzlies are hosting Military Appreciation Night. All members of the military get free admission with a valid ID. Family members get in the game for $5.
Target is offering a 10 percent military discount on one purchase between Nov. 3 and 11 for all military personnel, veterans and their families in stores and online. Guests can visit Target’s website to get verified for the offer.
On Nov. 11, veterans and active duty military are invited to participating Dunkin’ nationwide for a free donut of their choice. See more information here.
Kohl’s will be doubling their usual Monday 15 percent veterans discount on Nov. 11, offering a 30 percent discount.
Buffalo Wild Wings
The restaurant will be offering their annual free small boneless wings with fries for veterans who bring their military ID or proof of service.

Veterans and active duty military can select a free meal from a limited menu on Veterans Day if they provide proof of service.
On Veterans Day, Chipotle is offering a Buy-One, Get-One Free Entrée for those who show their military ID.
Red Lobster is offering a free appetizer or dessert on Nov. 11 for guests that show a valid military ID or proof of service.
