ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47) -- Iman Iman has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder charges.
He turned himself in two weeks after the shooting at Meadow Parks Apartments that left the victim in critical condition.
Iman Iman 26, of Rochester waived his right to an omnibus hearing and pleaded not guilty to charges including first degree premeditated murder, second degree attempted murder, with intent, not premeditated, second degree assault and first degree assault causing great bodily harm and second degree assault with a deadly weapon.
His next court appearance is set for Feb. 18.
Iman had previously been convicted of a felony for controlled substance possession, which made him ineligible to possess firearms.
