ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX47) -- Rochester police brought a Winona man into custody after he was found with meth, a motorcycle that was reported stolen and a stolen handgun.
According to the Rochester Police Department, at about 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday, police received a call about a motorcycle lying in a turning lane at the intersection of 12th Street and Marion Road SE.
RPD said officers arrived and found the motorcycle upright on a sidewalk near the intersection.
Police said Adam Glende, 36, of Winona was walking away with a helmet, and put the helmet down as officers approached.
After a pat down, authorities reportedly discovered about 38 grams of meth, and a handgun that was reported stolen out of Mower County.
When the owner of the motorcycle arrived, he told police he did not want to press charges.
Police said Glende faces charges of 1st degree controlled substance crimes, possession of stolen property and a firearm as prohibited person.
