Minnesota House passes bonding bill

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 47) — After more than nine hours of discussion, the Minnesota House of Representatives voted to pass the long-debated bonding bill 100-34.

The bill now goes to the Senate which will convene Thursday.

Several Rochester projects would be impacted, including a long-needed runway upgrade at Rochester International Airport.
