ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX47) — Residents of an apartment complex in Southeast Rochester were displaced after a van crashed into their building Thursday night.

The Rochester Fire Department and Rochester Police Department responded around 7:30 p.m. Thursday to the Quarters Apartment Complex in the 800 block of 21st Avenue Southeast.

The apartment was reportedly unoccupied, and the rest of the building was evacuated due to safety concerns.
