MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (FOX 47) -- The Minnesota Twins will take the field for the first time in 2020 for games that count on July 24 in Chicago against the White Sox.
The home opener at Target Field is scheduled for July 28 against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Those announcements come as Major League Baseball teams across the country released their 2020 season schedules Monday.
The Twins have 40 games against the American League Central Division and 20 Interleague contests against National League Central teams.
Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the season at Target Field will begin without fans.
All 60 Twins games will be televised either on FOX Sports North or the FOX network.
